Can you install flooring I supply?
Yes. You can supply your flooring, or we can help source materials by agreement. SK Flooring provides installation services and does not operate a retail flooring store.
Do you prepare the subfloor?
Yes. Existing floor removal, subfloor preparation, trim and stairs can all be discussed as part of your project and included in the agreed scope.
Is the on-site estimate free?
Yes. The on-site visit and estimate are free. It's a chance to look at your space and discuss the work before agreeing on next steps.
Can LVP floors be sanded and refinished?
No. Sanding and finishing are hardwood services. For LVP, we focus on installation and the preparation needed for your space.
